[Bug 19063] GAP-Diveplanner : return Run time error '5'

Currently the program shows error 13 if you try to update. The main window
hangs and there is an infinite loop of the following:

fixme:variant:VARIANT_FormatDate Medium date treated as long date
fixme:variant:VARIANT_FormatDate Medium date treated as long date
fixme:variant:VARIANT_FormatDate Medium date treated as long date

Tested in wine-1.6-rc2-74-gcf1e6a4.
