[Bug 17543] Halo 2 Vista: Installer will not launch

It looks like the installer creates temporary files for the installer content
in $WINEPREFIX/drive_c/users/<user>/Temp/MEL0x0x.tmp

Even if I try to open in firefox/iceweasel the 'index.html' file contained
within that directory, I'm met with the same full blue screen in my browser
window.
