[Bug 24103] MYOB: won't print report

Thanks for suggestion. Now have using ubuntu 13.04 with wine 1.5 and 1.6
installed as suggested.  'aptitude search wine' reports as installed: q4wine,
wine-mono0.0.8, wine1.5, wine1.6, wine1.6-amd64, wine1.6-i386:i386,
wine-gecko2.21:i386, winetricks.

Application now prints reports to screen ('display' command) and to a real
printer, as expected.

Thank you for help and advice.

[NB: on starting on a terminal following 2 lines appear:
p11-kit: couldn't load module:
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so:
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

On then choosing a file to open, following 3 lines appear:
fixme:int21:DOSVM_Int21Handler Network function 5D not implemented.
fixme:int21:DOSVM_Int21Handler Network function 5D not implemented.
fixme:int21:DOSVM_Int21Handler Network function 5D not implemented.]
