You can attach those files (compress them if they are too big).

Rename correctly the current attachment (Details > Edit details > Description
field) and reattach a new terminal log if necessary (i.e. if it differs from
current one).

Does the bug only happen for this specific psd file?  Or also if you create a
new file/open an existing image and try to "save as" it as jpg?
