wined3d_swapchain_get_raster_status does not seem to be the cause of the hang.

The following messages looks much more suspicious:
warn:d3d:wined3d_device_begin_scene Already in scene, returning
WINED3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
warn:d3d:wined3d_device_end_scene Not in scene, returning
WINED3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
