here is a picture (http://oi39.tinypic.com/fx7bth.jpg), it is possible to see
how, after posting a second time chat with a picture it needs to wait.

I also noticed the fall (disconnect from the server) after a while, if the
picture message has been sent.

I think that he was somehow lost packets. or something like that.
I've used on my local network, the chat, then it was almost smooth.
on older versions of Vine bug with flipping noticed.

but through the Internet, where the chat is most often used is shown this
uncomfortable bug.
