the bug comes since 1.5.31, the version <=wine-1.5.30 works ok.

Is it a regression? Could you retest the older version, and confirm it work
with the older one but break with the newer one?

Not that no one cares, but everyone too busy, many people work on Wine on their
personal time without paid, thanks for your understand. You are welcome to
contribute to the project to make things faster :) Doing a regression test is
one of many ways to make things faster.
