[Bug 33884] webding & wingdings fonts are not reconized

Get the same issue on 2 systems:
- laptop:  ubuntu 13.04 i386
  a) browsing .wine/.../windows/fonts : the icon shows a rectangle, instead 69
previously
  b) clicking on wingdings.tff display the symbols as rectangles only
  c) need the wingdings font with metatrader 4/5 to display smiley & arrows 

- desktop:  ubuntu 13.10 i386
  a)  .../windows/fonts : both webdings & wingdings are showing  rectangles
only 
  b) the wingding symbols (smiley & arrows) are missing & replaced by these
rectangles.
