I had a quick look and there were no ARM related changes since 1.5.31 that
could cause this.
Did you update your toolchain?
It also could be 98e6a0da73ef87dacdcf0bcf0ca58c0091799968 and winegcc not
adding cflags...
could you please run:
make LDFLAGS="-v"
in dlls/acledit and post the output?
