I can reproduce the issue in wine 1.3.2 (not rendered entities) but not in
1.6-rc4 (cyrillic ok) using the following file.
ftp://ftp.ce.cctpu.edu.ru/distr/OS/WinXP/x32/WinXPFAQ.chm
