With wine-1.6rc4, i7, Ubuntu 13.04, GeForce GT 220, NVIDIA 310.44:

Had to run in virtual desktop, else I sometimes hit

No tweaks:
   black movies, flickering initial menu (though flickering is now only
   horrible instead of unplayable)

+ winetricks StrictDrawOrdering=enabled :
   main menu doesn't flicker; movies work but flicker badly

+ dragonage.ini DisableMRT=1:
   no change in main menu or movies, still flicker

+ dragonage.ini UseVSync=1 (yes, 1; it defaulted to 0, unlike before, maybe
becaue!)
   main menu and movies work with no flickering

So at least for my system, this bug is very much still here, though the
workaround seems to have changed again since last time I tried it.
