[Bug 556] Reconcile the Windows and Wine spec files

If its ongoing and not updated, then does it need a bug in bugzilla if it is
not updated for years in here ? Imho only entries that you can close are bugs,
others are features ;)

Comparing wine with windows does have a value if one wants to implement the
full windows. But that is not the case, the goals state to implement the most
used APIs. 

Shouldnt the open bugs or issues reflect the goals of wine ?
