The goal was not related to 'implement[ing] the full windows [API]'. It was
more to fix the Wine spec files that have the wrong ordinal for an API, or
export it with a hardcoded ordinal for no reason; and to detect APIs that newly
gained names.

I don't think Microsoft has messed with ordinals for a long time now (it was
more a Win16 thing). Also I don't think we've had an ordinal or unnamed API
issue in a long time. So we can maybe declare this issue solved.

Hopefully the lack of issues was not just due to nobody looking for them (I
didn't and likely won't have time for the foreseeable future).
