Look this video: youtube.com/watch?v= 0DMf9r6uz74 (just an example)
When I set "StrictDrawOrdering" flickering (like on the screens on the top) is
gone. Same trick is discribed for Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Look before 00:26 - after "profile" text game is freezes and it's a main clue.
