Hi, it usually means that leading chars on stream are garbage in terms of xml
document. I've seen this line many times, not with Office 2010 installer I
think, but still it happens from time to time.

In this particular problem I think it's more likely something to do with msi
rather than msxml. So please attach +msxml,+tid so we see where exactly it
fails like that and next try with native msxml6+msxml3.
