winetricks is a utility containing some tweaks to install common packages from
windows in wine. You can not "install" winetricks, you just get it and run it.

In comment 4 of bug 33006 contains the workaround . You need to run the comand:

winetricks dotnet20 dotnet35

on the shell as a requirement to get WindowsXPSP3andnewer__256.exe working.
