Hello,

can't reproduce - installs and runs fine here in clean (new) WINEPREFIX.
Tested with: 

wine-1.5.29 (released)
wine-1.5.29-107-gb94cfaf (current)

installation in 32-bit (WINEARCH=win32) and 64-bit (wow64) prefix.

Please retry with a _new_ WINEPREFIX, no other software installed in there and
no native components (overrides).

Next time please fill out bug the report fields properly.
Setting Wine version assuming you did the 0.9.x test report rated "garbage" in
appdb entry.

$ du -sh SpotifySetup.exe 
92K    SpotifySetup.exe

$ sha1sum SpotifySetup.exe 
10bab9d561160e907a7d52b796c7fc31addb01f0  SpotifySetup.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.5.29-107-gb94cfaf
