Interesting...  A quick peek at this program shows that it generates a log file
that says:
Error: Directory not have access rights. (1) [C:\users\Public\Application
Data\SYSTEMAX Software Development\SAI]
right after calls to GetNamedSecurityInfo.  So, it would appear that there's
something going wrong with the default file permissions.  I'll poke around a
little and see what I can find.
