I can confirm this bug, also with Delhi4 and Delphi 7.
I discovered tthat the problem is with the default font that Delphi uses with
forms. It is a fixed font: "MS Sans Serif", that in certain circunstances (when
the font is freeded) is not correctly load again by the executable.

There are two possible workarounds to try:
- To copy the files *.fon from a Windows machine to Wine
- If you have the Delphi sources, change the font on all the visual components
to a different (ttf) font like Arial. I also found that changing the TForm
default font, for example, to Arial distorts the forms metrics.
