Maybe it was fixed in 1.5.16, along with the bug 18083, but in 1.5.29 it is not
working as expected (and neither is 18083). Probably a regression.

In 1.5.29., if you have several charts opened and maximized, after restart all
charts are tiled, instead of maximized.
