The installer exits under Windows XP as well.

Every test in 3DMark uses a DirectX 11 engine, including Ice Storm, our new
3DMark test for DirectX 9 compatible mobile devices. Ice Storm uses a DirectX
11 engine limited to Direct3D feature level 9_1. 3DMark will not run on Windows
XP PCs, since DirectX 11 is not available on Windows XP."
