the same thing here.

System information: 
Wine build: wine-1.5.30 
Platform: i386 (WOW64) 
Host system: Gentoo Linux 
Host version: kernel-3.9.3-x86_64

It's a realy 'clean wine prefix'!

but, when I run:  
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+tid wine QQ.exe &>  replay.txt
it runs ok!
when I run :
 WINEDEBUG=+relay,+tid wine QQ.exe &>  /dev/null 
it failed again.
