Test program 4 (for loopback)

Confirming this is still an issue in Wine 1.5.31.

I have modified Alexander's program so that it will send keypresses out over
COM1 and therefore can be used with a loopback adapter (connect pins 2 & 3
together).

You will need to run the test program in Wine CMD (wine start cmd) in order for
it to be able to read keypresses.
