[Bug 30163] Arabic is not displayed correctly

I am looking but it seems to be a font issue. The font that wine is asking for
to display the text in those buttons does not have any Arabic characters. 

The fact that notepad works well is great! That makes me hopeful.

Does other Arabic software work?
