[Bug 27909] EVE Online: Installer is missing left half of text

This is indeed a bug.  

The simple workaround is:
1. Bring up a terminal window
2. Type "winecfg"
3. Click on the "Graphics" tab
4. Place a check on "Emulate a virtual desktop"
5. Set your "Desktop_size" to whatever display values you like (1920x1080 is
good setting if you are unsure)
6. Press "OK"
7. Attempt to re-launch the installer and it should work as expected
