The 64 bit build of the Dolphin Emulator
(http://dl-mirror.dolphin-emu.org/4.0.1/dolphin-x64-4.0.1.exe) fails to start
at all due to this bug. I unfortunately can't build Wine from source at the
moment, but maybe the fact that other applications are affected as well is some
motivation to implement the function.
