"There isn't a version that's particularly new, just new to me.  I'd been using
version 1.1 for a long time--I'd never had any problems with it before now. 
The 1.3 version doesn't use SetWindowLong, and there's an x64 patch noted at
http://sourceforge.net/p/resizablelib/patches/1 "
