Prerequisites:

1) 'winetricks -q dotnet40'
2) 'winetricks -q vcrun2005' (missing mfc80.dll)
3) 'winetricks -q ie7' (embedded browser engine + silverlight 5, builtin
mshtml/gecko not sufficient)
