The workaround given in Comment 2 still works in Wine 1.7.6. I had incorrect
values not only in the input.cfg file, but also in input_a1.cfg and
input_a2.cfg, bindconfigure MOUSE_AXIS_X and MOUSE_AXIS_Y parameters were set
to "1.2" instead of "90" degrees.
