Well, that's what quickbooks plugins are designed for. Previewing and
categorising files the Finder (OS X filemanager), which it does not know by
default. I know, that this would not be a part of wine itself, but anyway it's
related to wine and an OS X wine developer might just take care about writing
such a plugin.
