Piotr Caban you are correct just increasing "MSVCRT_max_streams = 512" to
"MSVCRT_max_streams = 1022" without changing "MSVCRT_fstream" does fix the
problem.

There problems with sound but that may be because the program does not detect
direct sound capability or because the program uses EAFX.
