I can confirm that the problem remains in version 1.6.

The 'linux' version exists - running using a patched wine1.0 (patch is
available here http://www.602.cz/datainc/download/602xml/wine-patch.zip). It
can be downloaded from here: http://www.602.cz/lin/download_form_filler
(english version of this page does not exist). Still, I'm not able to use the
linux version since it fails to render the form correctly, at least on lastest
KUbuntu (4.11). Tested using form:
http://www.praha.eu/public/54/c2/a7/1593073_384193_Zadost_o_grant___projektova_cast__B_a_C_.zfo
- in Czech language.
