Testing with wine-1.7.3 and vc2005 express online installer, I see that the
problem
also affects the very first dialog; if you check "Yes, send information about
my setup experiences to Microsoft", that text vanishes and is replaced by
an outline box.  winetricks riched20 has no effect.
