reverting fa0b7b7d3dfd4c3dcad1438596da9e5a7a60fff1 and
da24f543f4304048a2b65cbc0deb35a27e17daf6 + apply Arnoud Willemsen patch
(http://sprunge.us/WDKE) works in guildWars2
