If I'm reading that correctly, it dies inside delete_opengl_contexts(),
possibly while unloading the 0x11773c90 resource, which is either a surface or
a texture. Any chance you could pin it down a bit further? Turning on
+d3d_surface,+d3d_texture should help, if nothing else.
