[Bug 26821] Micrografx Designer does not show files when trying to open a file in the file dialog though they are there

I tested with wine-1.7.4, but the behavior is the same as is since "decades". I
have no clue why this would happen and I cannot suppor anything but testing. If
someone would be willing to take  a look I would highly appreciate. I can even
provide the software if required for testing.
