You need to check with the Wineskin project what exactly is in the bundle they
provide.  It might be a customized version of Wine, in which case we can't help
you here.

Alternatively, you can try to install or build plain Wine.  For example, you
could use MacPorts to install it.

Thanks for providing the crash log.  Unfortunately, due to a separate bug (bug
34813), it isn't very revealing.
