regasm.exe Error parsing
c:\windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config Parser
returned error 0x80004001

is ok:
install dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe
and doNet2.0Fx64.exe

not install 
dotNetFx40_Full_x86.exe

but,when run pdshell16.exe the menu is error, is blank,nothing
