Reported in #winehq, the 1.7.1 announcement at
http://www.winehq.org/announce/1.7.1 has a link to
http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/wine/source/1.7/wine-1.7.1.tar.bz2, which doesn't
work. The 1.7.0 tarball is there, as is the 1.7.1 diff tarball, but not the
complete source.

The sourceforge mirror appears to be working fine.
