Short test of the CSMT Patches in Borderlands 2:
Wine 1.7.1 + CSMT-Patches + __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS=1 + CSMT=disabled :   
50fps

Wine 1.7.1 + CSMT-Patches + __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS=0 + CSMT=enabled :   
75fps

and for the fun of it:
Wine 1.7.1 + CSMT-Patches + __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS=1 + CSMT=enabled :   
75-77fps (fps seem to be more unstable)
