Log: last 600 line of +relay,+seh,+msvcp,+tid log

Steps to reproduce:

1.
winetricks -q mfc42 vbrun6 mdac28 jet40 , workaround for several missing
components / functions.

2. run the installer, RCAServer.exe will auto start after installing but crash
immediately.

Workaround by native msvcp60
