[Bug 34603] Trainsimulator 2014 crash at start/fails to start

I found the location to the config file, config.xml and config_fullscreen.xml.
I had to go to the line <mGfxRefreshRate>75</mGfxRefreshRate> and change it to
<mGfxRefreshRate>60</mGfxRefreshRate>. Still crashes but its a start.
