Hello folks,

there are multiple NetView(er) DVR apps in the wild, implemented using
different technologies (java, .net, win32/mfc).

The app from comment #4 is quite a heavyweight one, requiring .NET Framework
3.5 SP1 and additional 'tweaks'.
It also uses 'ClickOnce' deployment technology for installation/run.

But that's probably not the one from initial bug reporter.

Again: please state the vendor of the app and provide a link.
It doesn't need to be an actual download.
