This problem can be fixed by copying files from
¨Sid Meier's Civilization V/Assets/DLC/Expansion2¨ (For BNW and G&K, or
Expansion if G&K only installed) to ¨Sid Meier's Civilization V/Assets/DLC¨.

This bug may be related to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31113
because there is same fix proposed.
