Seems like a DNS error. I already had some similar problems. Try to clean your
DNS cache via 

systemctl start nscd 

then 

systemctl stop nscd

then try using the OpenDNS servers (or your own ISP servers, easily accessible
on Google).

To be sure about it, could you please attach
YOUR_PATH_TO_LOL/RADS/projects/lol_air_client/releases/0.0.1.79/deploy/logs/THE_LATEST_FILE.log
?
