Log with the bad commit.

StarCraft: Brood War (Retail) hangs on startup and shows only a black screen.
Previously it worked fine.

Logs are produced with WINEDEBUG=all+d3d,ddraw,wgl,x11drv

Regression test points at commit 4c4552c5a1910a9d5adf8eccff0ac62d89ffe376,
"wined3d: Restore the pixel format of the window whose pixel format was
actually changed."
