dump of ced_usb.sys (used by CED1401 in windows 32bit)

http://wiki.winehq.org/USB states "Drivers which depend on modules other than
ntoskrnl.exe, hal.dll, usbd.sys will not work." 

The ced1401 uses ced_usb.sys on win32 and ced_us64.sys on win64, that might be
the cause why it does not work. Probably this bug report should be renamed to
"wine is missing ced_usb.sys"

Attached is the dump of winedump -j import ced_usb.sys
The winedump for ced_us64.sys will follow
