Hello folks,

the initial report from OP was due to missing Microsoft Data Access Objects
(DAO) components.
That's obviously not part of the OS, you have to install it on your own:
'winetricks -q mdac28'

Next problem is bug 15437
If you work around by deleting 'kernel32.dll' and 'user32.dll'
fake/placeholders the app starts fine.
