This also affects Dark Souls II, although it also needs StrictDrawOrdering to
reduce the flickering even further. It doesn't quite solve all of it, though. I
hope this patch can be combined with CSMT soon, as I suspect it is needed to
get the game close to glitch-free. The game doesn't work with older versions of
Wine before 1.7.16 or so, because of some fixes in the interim.
