log of output from stdout and stderr when doing a +d3dx trace

When I run (wine 1.7.15 and 1.7.17), the game information (health bars, rep
meter, etc.) displays, but the actual game characters, background, and attack
effects do not.

The attached file is output from going through to starting story mode, firing a
few attacks, and then interrupting with Ctrl+C in the terminal window.
